MAYN Salon Policies

The Mayn Salon team is committed to providing all of our guests with the best experience possible. We have implemented various policies with the intent to give each guest the time and attention they deserve. We understand that life doesn’t always follow your plan perfectly and schedule adjustments are necessary. Text and email reminders are sent out 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We respectfully request at least a 24-notice for all cancellations. To ensure you are on time, please be aware of the clock times at the salon and make note of the time we have.

CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS

If you have two or more last minute cancellations, you are subject to a charge of 50% of your previous canceled appointment. This will occur on your 3rd offense.

If you have three or more last minute cancellations, you are subject to pay a 50% deposit for all future bookings.

If for any reason you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you are subject to a charge of 50% of your scheduled services for that appointment. This charge must be paid prior to the next service.

We will not perform or schedule any services for guests with an outstanding cancellation or no-show balance.

LATE ARRIVALS

Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting other guests who have appointments scheduled that day. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day or performed in full. Whether or not your service is performed or rescheduled is solely at the discretion of your service provider.

SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS

Saturday appointments are high-demand and we try our best to accommodate all guests who have limited availability during the week. You must provide a credit card number to reserve a Saturday appointment.
